Frequent frowning can tense the muscles around your mouth, leading to possible wrinkles. When stressed, your body will produce free radical molecules that can damage your healthy cells.

    Continually being in a state of stress can encourage the production of cortisol. This element can degrade your skin’s collagen production. Over time, your skin will start to lose its elasticity and become more sensitive to premature aging.

    2. Keep an eye on your eyes. The eyes are the windows to one’s soul, and they are also an obvious indicator of age. As you get older, wrinkles and crow’s feet will start to develop in the areas around your eyes. This skin is sensitive and needs some extra love and care.

    3. Exercise can help you release stress. Moreover, keeping your body active and moving increases your blood flow. As a result, more oxygen gets into your bloodstream, which helps eliminate waste from your body.

    4. Keep your body dehydrated. Drinking enough water per day will help your organs function properly and flush out toxins.

    5. Get more sleep. A good night’s sleep helps improve concentration and memory formation. It allows your body to repair any cell damage that occurred during the day and refreshes your immune system. While resting, your body undergo repair and reconstruction.
